門票注意事項

• 請注意門票申請後不接受任何更改或取消。
• 請從正規售票處購買門票。
• 非正規售票處購買的門票被視為無效，萬一出現任何問題或者演出中止等情況，門票退款等都與主辦方無關。
• 門票需要在現場換取腕帶。憑門票無法直接入場。（事先通過郵寄方式收到腕帶的顧客可以直接入場。）
• 門票、腕帶在任何情況下一律不能重新發行。
• 在會場內取下腕帶或者遺失的情況下，顧客會被要求退場或者重新購買。請務必注意保管。
• 各類門票售完即止。

Festival Ticket Rules & Regulations

• Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after application of purchase.
• Be sure to purchase tickets from an authorized outlet. 
• Tickets purchased via unauthorized ticket outlets will be deemed invalid and the festival will not be responsible for any trouble arising from the purchase of such tickets nor will such tickets be refunded by the festival under any circumstances.
• Tickets will be exchanged with wrist bands at the Festival site. You cannot enter the site with only a ticket. (Those who receive wristbands in advance may directly enter the festival.)
• Tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• Those who remove or lose their wristband while in the festival will be asked to exit the festival or repurchase a ticket.
• Ticket sales will finish once tickets are sold out. This applies to all ticket types.
   

購 票 方 式 說 明

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程，建議可於會員"設定"中的"報名預填資料"先行存檔「姓名」和「手機」，可減少購票時間快速進行下一步。(進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我)
2. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
3. 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。
4. KKTIX系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的票券就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意是否有釋出可售票券張數。

How To Purchase Tickets

1. This program's website only accepts purchases from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before purchasing, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the ticket purchase process. (If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. If you cannot find your purchased tickets, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, and you need to reorder.
4. The KKTIX system does not have a fixed ticket clearing time. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be released for sale intermittently. Consumers can check if there are any available tickets released.

   • ATM Virtual Account Payment Notices: Only available for ATM cards issued by financial institutions in Taiwan that have enabled the "Non-designated Account Transfer" function. If an order exceeds NT$30,000, ATM virtual account payment is not available. Please complete the payment within the deadline. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

   • After printing the payment slip at FamilyMart Convenience Store FamiPort, you must complete the payment at the counter within 10 minutes.    • Tickets purchased at FamilyMart Convenience Store are guaranteed only after completing the payment and ticket collection at the checkout. Please note that merely printing the payment slip does not guarantee the reservation of the tickets

1. 本活動恕不接受退換票，購買前請務必詳加考量避免事後爭議。
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
3. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
4. 一人一票、憑票入場，未滿15歲以下孩童不用購票(僅限截至2025年7月27日未滿15歲的兒童免費入場，需大人陪同且備齊護照)
5. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
6. 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
7. 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code 掃描入場。
8. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
9. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
10. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
11. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
     

Notice 

1. This event does not accept ticket refunds or exchanges. Please consider carefully before purchasing to avoid any disputes.
2. Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
3. Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
4. Each person must hold a valid ticket for entry. Children aged 15 or below may enter free of charge if accompanied by an adult. Valid for children under the age of 15 as of July 27th, 2025. Photo ID required.
5. Tickets are considered valuable documents; please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burnt, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued.
6. E-tickets are non-personalized: Please do not share or publicly display the QR Code to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
7. E-ticket collection: Download the KKTIX app from the App Store or Google Play. Present the QR Code on your mobile device for scanning upon entry.
8. Outside food and beverages, metal objects, glass containers, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
9. Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
10. Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
11. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Once a ticket is successfully purchased, it is considered that you agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions.

【禁止帶入會場的物品】

• 組裝式戶外座椅
  有很多人移動時未將座椅收起，撞到其他人，非常危險。
  禁止不將座椅收起就移動（即使是折疊椅），給他人及周圍造成危險的行為。
• 傘
  露營地內的所有區域都禁止使用雨傘。不僅阻擋視線，雨傘凸起處也有可能傷及他人，非常危險。天氣惡劣時，還有被大風吹跑的危險。
• 占據大量空間的野餐墊、設置物及會遮擋視線的物品等
  《對象物品》
  • 比如藍色野餐墊等與利用人數不相符的占據大量空間的坐墊
  • 帆布棚、遮陽篷、遮陽擋板、帳篷(露營地除外)等其他遮擋視線的設置物
    不僅會造成擁擠，且不便搬運。使用後經常被遺棄在營地，成為大型垃圾，為他人造成困擾。(謝絕在會場內占用公共空間。)
• 未帶走的坐墊、椅子、帳篷和露營用品等都將以垃圾處理
• 錄音設備
• 玻璃瓶・易拉罐（同樣禁止裝在保溫箱內帶入會場）
• 花火等火藥類
  此外，動物(寵物類全部)、法律禁止的物品、危險物品等也禁止帶入會場。
  如果將以上物品帶入營地請自行帶出營地，敬請諒解。
  若不聽從工作人員指示者將強製退場。門票不予退回。

【會場內禁止行為】

• 場內禁煙
  吸煙請在指定處進行。
  另外，人群混雜時請不要長時間滯留。
• 對周圍造成傷害的行為
  沖撞、跳水等危險行為，以及在擁擠處搬運未折疊的椅子等突起物。
• 隨處丟棄垃圾
  請一定要將垃圾進行分類，並扔進垃圾桶。會場位於自然環境優美的地方，將有誌願者進行資源再利用的回收工作。回收後的垃圾，將會被製成在入場處分發的原創垃圾袋和會場的廁所用紙。
• 請不要餵食野生動物
  無意中留下的食物、垃圾等會給野生動物提供食物，而野生動物又會在露營地出沒，造成破壞。為了使野生動物和人和諧共處，采取足夠的預防措施，請不要引誘野生動物。
• 放置椅子、坐墊的占位行為
  會場內所有區域都禁止放置私人物品，人離開的占位行為。
  禁止長時間放置椅子和坐墊，否則將會被當成垃圾處理。同樣，禁止用坐墊和行李等占用過多的空間。
  近年來長時間放置無人使用的坐墊和椅子等行為逐年增多，因此造成其他客人的不便。為了避免擁擠時的混亂，也方便他人休息，請在移動的時候隨身攜帶坐墊和椅子等。
  （在您離開優先帳篷時，也請攜帶所有隨身物品。）
• 在禁止區域內使用坐墊和椅子
  《禁止使用區域》
  • RED MARQUEE全會場區域域（包括帳篷外）
  • 各舞臺音響設備區和照明塔前方、沖撞區
    除上述區域外，將會依據擁擠狀況由各舞臺的廣播或工作人員進行引導，請您配合。
• 優先帳篷的長時間使用・行李的隨意放置・不符合使用條件的擅自利用
  優先帳篷提供給以下符合條件的人群作為暫時的休息場所使用。不符合條件的人群無法使用。另外，每次不能使用超過1小時。
  （持有殘障證明的人群可以全天使用）
  • 行動不便人群以及其陪同者
  • 孕婦以及其陪同者
  • 未上學兒童以及其陪同監護者
     *陪同者僅限1人使用
• 對演出人員進行拍攝、錄音和攝像等行為
  除此之外，不遵從工作人員的指示，進行妨礙其他觀眾的行為等，將被強製退場。門票不予退回。

「Help & Respect Each Other」 「Respect Nature」
Fuji Rock can only advance to a new stage of its evolution if every one of us takes the actions necessary to create a comfortable environment for all while making everlasting summer memories.

【Items Prohibited at the Festival】

• Outdoor chairs requiring assembly
  Chairs which cannot be folded up can cause injury to others when being carried. 
  Please note that foldable chairs must be folded when being carried within the festival as they may cause injury to other audience members.
• Umbrellas
  The use of umbrellas is prohibited in all areas of the festival including camp sites. Use of umbrellas limits your field of vision and can be dangerous if blown away by strong winds. 
• Leisure sheets, etc., which occupy large amounts of space, and or other objects, etc., which obstruct the view of others.
  《Examples of Prohibited Items》
  • Blue sheets (tarps) or other blankets, etc., which use more space than necessary for the number of persons using it.
  • Tarps, parasols, sunshades, tents (outside of camp sites), or other items or objects which restrict the view of others.
    These items can cause congestion and can be difficult to carry, leading to them being abandoned and becoming trash causing other members of the audience trouble. (Occupying space within the festival for prolonged amounts of time is prohibited.) 
• Items which will not be taken with you upon departing the festival such as leisure sheets, chairs, tents and other camping equipment, etc.
• Sound recording equipment
• Glass bottles, cans, etc. (Glass and cans cannot be brought into the festival in a cooler.) 
• Explosives including fireworks, etc.
  In addition to the above items, animals (pets of any kind), items prohibited by law, and any dangerous items are prohibited at the festival. 
  Please note anyone found to be in possession of prohibited items will be asked to remove them from the festival grounds. 
  Those who do not follow the instructions of festival staff will be removed from the festival. Tickets will not be refunded under these circumstances.

【Actions Prohibited at the Festival】

• No smoking within the festival
  Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. 
  Please refrain from using the space for prolonged periods of time. 
• Actions which cause harm or injury to others
  In addition to moshing or stage diving, transportation of chairs, etc., which are not folded up may cause injury to others when in crowded areas.
• Littering and leaving trash behind
  Please be sure to separate and dispose of garbage in the appropriate trash receptacles. The festival is located in a rich natural environment and recycling efforts at the festival are undertaken by volunteers. Garbage at the festival is recycled into garbage bags distributed upon entry to the festival and toilet paper at the facilities located throughout the festival grounds. 
• Do not feed the monkeys or other wild animals
  Litter and garbage left behind at the festival can inadvertently become food for wild animals in the festival area causing them to appear in the camp sites and possibly causing harm to members of the audience. Please aim for a symbiotic relationship between animals and humans by refraining from actions which attract wildlife.
• Abandoning chairs, leisure sheets or using them to save space
  Use of personal items to save space, or abandoning items, is prohibited in all areas of the festival.
  Items left unattended for long periods of time will be deemed abandoned and disposed of. 
  Please also note the use of sheeting or personal items to occupy large amounts of space is strictly prohibited. 
  The number of unattended leisure sheets and chairs, etc., at the festival have increased in recent years causing audience members to not be able to utilize an open space even when there is nobody there. Please be sure to carry all chairs and sheets, etc., with you when moving around the festival to avoid congestion and allow the greatest number of people to rest.
  The above also applies to the Priority Tent area. Please be sure to take all belongings with you when leaving the area.
• Use of chairs or sheets in restricted areas
  《Restricted Areas》
  • Red Marquee Area (including outside of Red Marquee tent)
  • Areas between stages and sound tents and lighting towers, and the spaces directly in front of the stages.
    Regardless of location within the festival, use of chairs and leisure sheets may be restricted due to congestion or for crowd control measures. Please be sure to follow all instruction or announcements by festival staff. 
• Prolonged use of, abandoning personal items, and the use of the facility by those who do not apply, at the Priority Tent
  The Priority Tent is meant to be a short-term rest facility for those we meet the following requirements. Those who do not apply are not permitted use of the facility. Also, use of the facility for over 1 hour is not permitted.
  (Those with a government issued Disability Certificate are permitted use of the facility as required throughout the day.)
  • Persons with disabilities and those accompanying them.
  • Pregnant women and those accompanying them.
  • Children under school age and accompanying adults. 
    Accompanying persons are limited to 1 person.
• Audio or visual recording of performing artists
  Those who are found to be in violation of the above or who do not follow the instructions of festival staff or are found to be causing trouble for other audience members will be forcibly removed from the festival. 
  Tickets will not be refunded in these cases. 
   

音 樂 祭 注 意 事 項

◆事務局在必要時候可能會更改註意事項和規則，有變更的情況下門票也一律不可退票，敬請知悉。

◆音樂祭不會因惡劣天氣（自然災害除外）而取消。任何演出人員的取消或更改將不能成爲退票的理由。敬請見諒。

◆會場是在自然環境豐富的地方。請注意不要跌倒，由于風雨的原因造成的低體溫症，以及蜜蜂、跳蚤、蚊蚋及其他有害的植物和野生動物等自然風險。

◆請勿過度飲酒。醉酒者可能會被強製退場，敬請知悉。

◆禁止狂舞、跳入人群及可能給其他觀衆造成傷害的一切行爲。如出現此類行爲而造成其他觀衆受傷等情況，主辦單位概不負責。請雙方當事人自行解決。

◆如有發現任何非法進入音樂祭會場的觀衆，不論理由，將報警並交由警方處理，同時請求賠償損失。

◆嚴禁擾亂當地居民的行爲。

◆根據新潟縣青少年育成條例，未滿18歲的觀衆請在23點前返回住宿處。

◆每天演出結束時間會趕不上從越後湯澤站出發的最後一班電車。另外，在演出結束後也沒有其他的公共交通方式。

◆請各自確保交通手段和住宿之後再來會場。 （請不要在會場或越後湯澤站周邊露宿。另外，沒有停車券的觀眾請絕對不要開車來。）此外，停車券及旅遊中心出售的商品有限。敬請見諒。

◆若發現有禁止攜帶進場內的物品會被要求帶出場外。

◆會場內外發生的事故、竊盜等，主辦單位、會場、演出者將一概不負責。

◆不聽從現場工作人員指揮，給其他觀衆造成困擾行爲的人會被強制退場。另外，經主辦方判斷爲性質惡劣的行爲，無論來年以後是否持有門票都將無法再次參加音樂祭。若發生這種情況，門票不會進行退款。敬請理解。

◆會場內可以攜帶照相機、攝像機等入場，但禁止拍攝演出的藝人。另外，禁止將錄音機帶入場內。由于使用自拍棒會給其他客人造成困擾，禁止在舞台前方，人群擁擠時以及邊移動邊使用。

◆購票時，請在同意官方網站上記載的各項註意事項後進行。另外，購票成功後被視爲觀衆已經同意所有注意事項。

◆顧客購票時提供的個人信息全部歸主辦方所有。個人信息會被適當管理。
 

Fuji Rock Festival Rules & Regulations

◆The Festival withholds the right to make changes to the Rules & Regulations of the Festival at any time with or without notification if deemed necessary for the safe and orderly operation of the festival. Please note tickets will not be refunded for the reason of any changes made.

◆The Festival will be held in the event of inclement weather (excluding natural disaster). Please also note that tickets will not be refunded in the case of any cancellation or change in artist line up. 

◆The Festival is held in a rich natural environment. Please be sure to be fully aware of natural dangers including but not limited to risk of falling, hypothermia caused by wind and or rain, injury caused by wild animals, poisonous vegetation, or insects such as bees or flies, etc.

◆Please refrain from excessive alcohol consumption. Overly intoxicated persons may be removed forcibly from the festival. 

◆Moshing, stage diving or any other actions or behavior which may cause harm or injury to other audience members is strictly prohibited. The Festival will not be held responsible in any way in the event any harm or injury is caused to another member of the festival audience due to these types of actions. Any claims must be resolved between the parties themselves. 

◆In the event a person is found to have entered the Festival illegally, the person will be handed over to the local police department and sued for damages. 

◆Please strictly refrain from causing any trouble for residents in the area around the festival. 

◆Niigata Prefecture laws dictate those under the age of 18 are required to return to their lodging by 11:00pm.

◆The final performance of each day of the festival finishes after the last train departing Echigoyuzawa Station. Please note there is no other public transportation available after the last performance of each day of the festival. 

◆Be sure to secure transportation to and from the festival yourself prior to coming to the festival. (Sleeping outdoors in or any near the venue or Echigoyuzawa Station is prohibited. Please also refrain from traveling to the festival by car without securing a parking pass in advance.) Please also note the number of parking passes and lodging facilities available at the festival are limited. 

◆Those found in possession of restricted items within the festival will be asked to remove them from festival grounds. 

◆The Festival organizers, venue, or performing artists are not responsible for any accidents or thefts in or outside of the festival. 

◆Those who refuse to follow the instructions of festival staff, or cause harm or injury to other members of the festival audience will be forcibly removed from the festival. In the case the Organizing Committee deems a person to have repeatedly done so or has malicious intent, the festival withholds the right to ban that person or persons from entering the festival in future years regardless of whether the individual(s) purchases a ticket. Tickets will not be refunded in this case under any circumstances. 

◆Cameras and or video cameras are permitted within the festival but recording of artist performances is strictly prohibited. Sound recording equipment is prohibited in all areas of the festival. Use of selfie sticks is prohibited in front of stages, during congested times and while moving within the festival. 

◆Please be sure to read and understand all rules and regulations prior to purchasing tickets. Purchase of ticket is deemed agreement to all rules and regulations & terms and conditions of the festival. 

◆All personal information provided upon purchase of festival tickets will be held securely by the festival organizer.
